Knee injury, legless workout suggestions

A recurring theme here is a quest for workouts and practices that the leg and knee-injured and impaired can do.

In the past when I have experienced painful episodes, The FIRM Lower Body Sculpt II led by Libby Heath has helped me mentally & physically feel "in the game". She sits on a 14 inch step for most of it and emphasizes small range of motion w/ concentration.
