papaya (or mango ) smoothie recipe
This is from the book "Smoothie-licious" I substituted fresh mango for papaya. It was very good!
Ingredients:
Papaya Smoothie (makes TWO servings)
1/3 cup coconut milk (I used boxed from Trader Joe's)
1/3 cup orange juice
1 and 3/4 cup chopped papaya or mango
1 frozen banana
Add ingredients to blender in order listed.
I added Trader Joe's kale leaves to add some more nutrients. You can't taste them at all.
