Cynthia, I have the Yamuna kit too. I don't know if this will help you, but once I was able to memorize the sequence, I just do it on my own. I keep the ball in my nightstand and about 2x per week, if I remember LOL!, I do the routine before I get out of bed. It takes about 15 min. tops for me because I'm not listening to all her chatter.
I think you will like Carolyn's program. I have that one and it's very good, but I tend to stick with the facial flex one.
I've been doing facial exercises since my twenties. And no I don't look thirty years younger, the exercises just gives you some nice definition as you get older.
