Understand about the dvds. I wish they made more. It's unfortunate they do not, and I think it's because most people just do the moves they want/need on their own. The majority of dvds out there are more toning oriented, with just a few stretches.

Deana, I'm the same way as Cynthia--I just tend to be more consistent with moves if I'm following a DVD.

Cynthia, hope you like Fitness Fix! I had all three at one point and wound up keeping just the Intermediate--there's not that much difference between the Int & SC, I just liked the flow of moves on the former a little better. The SC does have a nice little plyometric segment though.

Oh, yes, sorry about that. I'd forgotten most of the body work comes from the book.

There were some videos online, but last time I looked they'd been taken down.

I think she's working on another dvd, though. (Hope so!)

I'm not sure I understand why this type of work hasn't got more dvds.
Follow along work is useful.

I love Spinervals Flexible Warrior 5.0 - Foam Roll, Stretch & Recover. It has you roll a body part and then stretch it.

http://www.spinervals.com/products/item192.cfm

The DVD is a bit expensive, but DH and I get a lot of use out of it.

If I'm not mistaken, I think the KBKB Body Series has a longer DVD just for this? I know its a whole set, but maybe you could make a trade just for that DVD? There is also the short one in the Drop 2 Sizes set, but its not on its own DVD.

I have been searching and wondering myself. I got a foam roller for Christmas, and it included the short GAIAM DVD (around 15 minutes). Maybe they sell the DVD by itself? It is led by James D'Silva.

Trudie Styler's Cardio Dance Flow with James D'Silva has a stretch massage section that uses a foam roller. It's 26 minutes.

I don't have this one, but have Warrior Yoga, and saw a clip of it. Collage has it, but I don't think Mary does.

Foam roller DVD

I second Alta-tude's recommendation. The Spinnervals 5.0 Foam roller workout DVD is great. I use it on recovery days

There's a lot of great foam roller routines on Youtube.

Sara Solomon's is very good. The bonus, is her cat, Taz. Love that guy!

Anita Goa has good foam roller workouts also:

Keli Roberts' Flexibility for the Inflexible is an entire foam rolling routine. It's a bit odd, and there's a spot where Keli forgets to do the other side of the body, but otherwise it sounds like what you're looking for.
