Experiences with Yamuna body rolling (specifically new DVDs esp. the ankle one)?

Thanks a lot for providing some more info on the Yamuna practices. It turns out it might have been all for naught in my case - I tried to order and their website wouldn't let my order go through - it said all of the shipping options I tried were invalid. Must be some mess up with Canadian shipping options. I emailed them to let them know and hopefully they can sort out the issue - Yamuna's website seems to be the only place you can buy the Ankle kit.

I ordered the Save Your Knees dvd and should get it soon. I didn't get any of the balls because they are expensive and it was confusing to me to know which ones I needed. From the picture it looked like the ones used on the Knees dvd were kind of oblong, but I didn't see anything like that for sale.

If you look at Yamuna's store under Kits, you will see each kit description detail of what is included.

The Save Your Knees Kit includes Save Your Knees DVD, Yamuna® Black and Silver Balls and a pump.

That does help! I did look at the kits, and was going by the color system, but the calf balls are clearly round. One of the pictures convinced me that the balls used for the knees were more oval. Or it might have been my rapidly deteriorating vision. Thank you!
