From memory Stacey had great cueing and fun choreography. I wonder where she is now?
I just got this step workout at a book sale. 25 cents! I was amused to see a young Jay Blahnik, looking a little like a scared Richie Cunningham. Is Stacey the one with the baseball cap? I like her! When I first did the workout I thought it would be a little too whoopy, but when she said, "let's have fun", I thought that was a good way to approach it. And it is fun, and I was very impressed with her cueing.

Fitness Formula, that's another evergreen...and also Kathy Smith Great Buns & Thighs step. Love the music on both! And Firm Strength with Pam Cauthen has my favorite cooldown music of all time.

Firm Volume 2!!! i've been doing that once since i was 14 or 15 and practically know it by heart. it was super hard for me back then, but not nearly as bad now thanks to me being in FAR better shape. the leg lifts still kill me, though.

The Firm Super Cardio (like the customizable workouts option, combinations & music) has been in rotation for me, and I had not used that one for years. And I have been revisiting my unused Firm workouts (was burned out on the Firm for a long time) to use for cardio, some from BSS#3, but also Fat Blaster & Cardio Killer 2.

I do! I had the 3 tape set, abs/thighs/buns probably 15 years ago. I didn't have them for long though, but those are a bit hard to find.

I have lots of vintage videos, probably more so than current ones.

Cory Everson GHAS, Basic Sculpting Series
Denise Austin Step Workout, Sizzler, Totally Firm, Hit the Spot Arms/Abs
Buns of Steel Original, 5, 7, Step 2000
Arms of Steel, Arms/Abs of Steel 2
Kathy Smith Ultimate Stomach/Thighs, Power Step workout
Charlene Prickett More Muscle Less Fat
both Jane Fonda Step tapes, Lower Body Solution, Workout w/Weights
Gay Gasper Step Up, Sensational Step, CIA 2104
Adidasize Step aerobics w/Stacey Benson, Esquire Step aerobics
Lots of older Firms
