I just noticed that these are now available for order at Cathe's site WITH the 90 minute DVD for $49.99 plus shipping (shipping was $8 UPS ground for me).

I don't want the DVD, so if anyone doesn't have one and wants it, PM me, and you can have it for an SASE. It weighs 2 ounces (including the little case), and I have my own tape.
