I'm aerobic and anaerobic during Tough Tape, so am I truly doing AWT or am I just lifting weights? There are 4-limbed movements, lunges, squats and tall box climbs in some of the cardios - but am I doing AWT *then*? When I do Strong Bear, I am lifting weights the whole time and stay in my target training zone the whole time. That's as AWT as I can imagine.

I have accidentally stumbled upon a training method that is like the holy grail for me and it has caused me to reevaluate what I've been doing to this point and how I can optimize it using this new principle I've found.

So where does AWT start and end? That's what I'm pondering.
I don't have an answer to your question, but I'm intrigued about the holy grail training method. Please share.
