I'd like to HEAR the cueing and the actual music and all that before buying. I wish the (short) clips didn't have that music over them. Good thing it's too expensive for me to consider buying.

I wonder what equipment is used throughout the system. It seems they use a lot of things in the clips. The quickie clip shows woody bands, some kind of stretch band and the other clips use a step and dumbbells. For the price I sure wouldn't want to have to purchase more equipment too.

I was interested in the men's version a while ago but could not find one review anywhere. I did some internet searches on the guy who created it and and just about all of the links were bogus. Based on the cost and lack of any real reviews, I would skip it. There are so many well-reviewed and well-documented products out there. Why bother with this one?

I like that it has a treamill and a fast track DVD. However, the price is too expensive for the set. It's a good thing that I have Barry's Academy Series which has four treadmill workouts. I aso have other treadmill DVDs but I'm always looking to buy another one.
