Anyone know what is going on with Tracie Long?

Thanks Lori. I get it. It's a lot to run a gym, produce workouts, etc. I'm sure she's had a bit of burn out throughout the years. (I would). I hope she knows how much she's missed. But more importantly, how much we appreciate her contribution to the fitness industry.

I think she's still operating her gym, but I think it's in a new location. I think she's just kind of burned out. I told her she still has many fans and a lot of supporters. She appreciated hearing that. But I just think the past few years have been a lot for her.

Tracie sure deserves the semi-retirement she needs, even if it's temporary. Everything she puts out just works. Those who get to have her as their personal trainer in SC must be soooo lucky!
