I did another '20 min' strength but did each triset 3x for a 30 min workout since I'm doing these every other day. Rewinding gave me time to catch my breath. . I agree with Susan H, 2 trisets of 12 reps done 3x is my sweet spot. I push out the extra reps hoping they're making me stronger.

My 3rd 20 min strength workout. Phew, these move fast. Stayed with the 20 min timeframe today as I have gym workouts later.

Today was the third and fourth 20 minute workouts and an eight minute stretch with Pamela Reif.

I'm looking forward to a scavenger hunt with my family tomorrow. I hope you all have a great weekend!

I did her newest one, the nineth one, and the tri-sets from the sixth workout and finished with a Caroline Jordan stretch. I really like combining a couple of these workouts. It seems to work better for me.

I hope everyone is having a good week!

I did another '20 min' full body workout but did 3 sets of each triset and did it as a paper workout so I wasn't playing catch up the whole time.

I did two 20-minute workouts, one with RDLs and the other with kickstand RDLs. Those kickstand RDLs are especially tough. I pulled out my Tamilee Webb stretch DVD and did the standing routine.

Waves to everyone!

I'm continuing every other day doing a new workout with 3 sets of each triset. Today just seemed harder than usual.

Today I did her most recent 20-minute workout along with a previous one. Even paired together, they really fly by. Am I the only one that's combining them? I finished with Kayleigh Cohen's dessert stretch.

I don't do 2 but have been doing 3 sets of each. I'm starting to get bored and am ready to move on to something else. Sydney Cummings latest has 3 new weight workouts a week so that will work so I can continue my long pilates workouts on the other days. I'm also thinking about some 30 MTF. I'm tired of working bis and tris with each workout. It's a great simple workout, but it's time to mix it up.
