I don't do 2 but have been doing 3 sets of each. I'm starting to get bored and am ready to move on to something else.
Sydney Cummings latest has 3 new weight workouts a week so that will work so I can continue my long pilates workouts on the other days. I'm also thinking about some 30 MTF. I'm tired of working bis and tris with each workout. It's a great simple workout, but it's time to mix it up.
