So I was glad to see an estimated date for that.

Not sure how I feel about the zippered case. It appears they're in sleeves and not on spindles but the circle shape and zipper may be kind of annoying. I can't decide. I always transfer my Cathe dvds to zippered cases with sleeves but the circle shape of this one is throwing me off.

Off to preorder!
I agree, wish it wasn't a circle shape. Not a deal breaker, obviously!

I’m wondering if there will be more than one workout on each of the Phase 3 DVDs, since presumably those workouts would be a little shorter.
The answer to this is yes, from the preorder page. There are also bonus exercises included that will be in some of the premixes.

Necessary Equipment:
Step with your preferred number of risers or weight bench
Wide range of dumbbells
Resistance tubes with handles
Fitness mat

Optional Equipment:
Barbell with plates
Stability Ball
Barbell pad with security straps
STS pull-up and dip bars (available for purchase December 2022 from us)
Turbo Tower (or Fit Tower)
Fabric Boss Loop
Fabric Boss Band
Firewalker Loop
Sliding device
Chair
Wall or door anchors for resistance tubes
Mini Yoga Ball
Micro-Load gloves
Mini Step Mat
I’m not thrilled that resistance tubes with handles are required.
I have old ones, but really didn’t like using them. I would need higher resistance now, but don’t want to buy more. I guess I can use long resistance bands without handles?

I ordered! Also added the little orange inflatable ball. Don't like the case, but that's a minor issue. I'm excited for these!

I wish there was more information available, including the length of each workout. Does anyone know what kind of quantity/time format she is using? For example, is each exercise being done for a certain number of reps, or can we work at our own pace within a specific time period (Caroline Girvan-style, for reference).

Where did you find that info about the equipment? I'm on the preorder page and can't find it anywhere.

Here’s a write up from one of the Phase 3 discs:

This DVD includes two complete single body part routines. Each of the 2 workouts will stay focused on one single body part to completely fatigue that muscle group. This type of training gives you the opportunity to focus entirely on that muscle group to give it the time and intensity that it needs for muscle growth. We will hit the muscle from all angles with heavy weighted exercises as well as with exercises that use your own body weight or rubber resistance. *Some of the premixes included will mix the two body parts together for an additional split body parts training option. This additional split option will be used in some of the program rotations for additional challenge and variety.

I’m so happy this series includes premixes!!! That’s one of the few things lacking in the original STS series. Just loving everything about this new series so far!!

I’m hoping I can use my Beachbody 9 week control track. It has resistance bands with handles and attaches to the door. I also have bands with handles I got a long time ago from Dicks. I like them and use them a lot.
