I'm trying to decide which workout to do today
I'm doing the Peloton Power Zone challenge. 3 rides a week.
But I also want to toss in a couple other workouts a week.
Which to do today.
The first of my 3 Power Zone rides this week, or one of my Firm Classics, either Vo 1 or Vo 2.
