I will take the 11 pm slot. That’s only 9 here and I will do a QG practice.
I join in the thanks to FitBoop for organizing this and it is wonderful to have a normal tradition this year!

To my toddlers/tweens/teens: "One day you WILL be stronger than me, but today is NOT the day." Proud to say that still stands. They're now 24, and both lift weights at the gym (though not as heavy as I do...yet). Those who CAN exercise well into their elder years often say "I just never stopped doing it, every day." To be able to say that, one needs to START doing it, EVERY DAY! ![]() To reduce the size of my butt, I need to reduce the size of my "But......" |

I’ll start us off at midnight which is 9:00 pm NYE for me. I’d like to join Pam at 11 pm as well which ends up being my actual workout for New Years Day at 8 pm. I’ve become an evening exerciser for some reason. Thanks for organizing this every year!
