Come and Join the 2021 VF New Year's 24 Hours of Fitness Marathon!

2020 has been a unique year for everyone, and we are all looking to start 2021 in a hopeful and uplifting way.

Here at VF, we have a tradition that kicks off the New Year in a fun way. For the past 19 years, we've been doing a 24 hour exercise marathon on New Year's Day. Everyone chooses a one-hour time slot (or more), does a workout, and then posts what they did afterwards. Since we have people in all time zones, there is always someone somewhere in the world doing a workout.

Who would like to participate? Which time slot(s) would you like?

I'll post a schedule below in EST (since that's the time zone in which VF is based), and hopefully, we'll be able to fill the full 24 hours. Please let me know your time zone or check here: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/

We will begin at midnight, Thursday, December 31st and go all through Friday, January 1, 2021.

Please feel free to PM me or post whichever time slot(s) you would like to take. It's fine to share time slots, so please take any time that works for you. (You can also take more than one time slot.)

We need VFers from all over the world to participate!
