Day 2 of Men's Health Delta Fit Speed Shred. I don't know the name of the workout, something Strength or Power. I loved the 30/30 format and that I could go heavy since the reps weren't endless.

I didn't workout yesterday due to stress. Today, I knew I needed to move. I did the following CDornder Fitness Workouts: 60 Minute Leg & Glute workout, a fun easy to follow Hip Hop Tabata worout (30 minutes) and a 30 minute stretch & mobility routine.

I feel SO much better than I did yesterday when I didn't workout.
