Hi all,
I've never had an injury before, no stitches, no twisted ankles... - never even had the flu! So this is really bothering me - affecting my mood dreadfully.
Whilst roller skating, fell and landed on the front tip of my shoulder - fractured the head of the humerus & the supraspinatus tendon (over the top of shoulder that deals with lat raise) was torn from the bone completely, but only ~7mm.
Saw a shoulder surgeon who said wouldn't need to go that route.
It was 10 weeks ago now and still hurts, a LOT if accidentally moved the wrong way. It's a pinchy kind of feeling.
Has anyone had this and it healed without surgery?
How long did it take to stop hurting?
How long before really back to true normal?
