Your favorite 30 minute total upper body workout?

I tend to do upper body splits but I think doing all upper body muscle groups once a week would round out my routine nicely.

Today I dug out Gunnar Peterson's Upper Body Challenge and enjoyed it, in spite of the warm up (which was mostly squats). Also it seems a bit strange that the all female cast are in tight shorts and sports bras while he wears baggy pants and a long sleeved baggy tee shirt.

Still, the workout had a nice sequence of exercises using the weights and a ball. I liked that he interspersed the upper body moves with core work - and I love doing core work on the ball.

Do you have a favorite?

Some are more like 35 mins (and some may be 25 mins) but these should fit the bill for 30-ish mins:

Cindy Whitmarsh - 10 Days to a Better Body (upper body segment)
KCM - Split Sessions (Upper Body)
KCM - Body Shop (upper body premix)
KCM - Build & Burn > Upper Body Supersets
KCM - Coffeyfit RAW Upper Body on YouTube
Gilad - Quick Fit (Chest & Back, Arms & Shoulders)
Cathe - BodyMax upper body
Cathe - Maximum Intensity Strength upper body
Kathy Smith - Project You: Upper Body
FIRM Parts: Upper Body
FIRM Upper Body Sculpt

Cathe Muscle Max Push Pull Upper Body Premix (34 minutes) is one of my most used workouts.

Thanks, Tiffany. Interestingly, I have had most of those but have traded them over the years. They are good ones but I think I got tired of them. The only one I still have is FIRM Parts Upper Body on VHS. That is a fun workout but I'm not sure it is very balanced - I'll get it out, though

I like the "up" the pyramid premix from Cathe's Pyramid workout. It hits everything, uses only dumbbells and is about 25 minutes. It also has core work on the dvd that includes the stability ball.

Does anyone know if this is available on DVD? I've heard folks on VF mention it over the years, but I haven't been able to find it.
