Thanks, Tiffany. Interestingly, I have had most of those but have traded them over the years. They are good ones but I think I got tired of them. The only one I still have is FIRM Parts Upper Body on VHS. That is a fun workout but I'm not sure it is very balanced - I'll get it out, though
