I asked for a refund via email. I simply asked how to get a refund.
The response was You purchased this 8 months ago why do you want a refund now? This irritated me.
I tried not to be too harsh in my response...
"Yes I purchased 8 months ago and only have 6 of the 12 episodes. The last straw was your most recent email saying how busy you have been adding new things, clearly not focused on purchased but unfulfilled commitments.
I have Season 1 and the original 5 videos which I enjoy. You customer communications in this regard has been poor and I question your "music" excuse for the delay.
Actually I do not consider this a delay but a failure to deliver the product."

So I will let you know how it goes. They just seem clueless about this. I have patience and wait for Cathe, Tracie and the original Firms after prepaying, but 8 months is an unfulfilled promise.

Episode seven is up. I would not have known if I did not subscribe to their Facebook feed. They should have sent out an email.

Never mind-I just see the trailer. I though the actual episode was up-sorry! The wording of the post made it sound like the episode is available.

I asked on their Facebook page if the episode will be up later today. I'll post if I hear back. Sigh...

Thanks, Sherry. Posting a trailer is a progress of sorts. I checked last night and there was no trailer, so I suppose that's something.

I received a credit on paypal yesterday for my season 2 refund. Just an email saying it was refunded, no explanation or sorry or thank you.
I will not be ordering from Bellyfit again. It really does not take much to communicate effectively.

I did Tantra this morning. It was okay, I enjoyed it. My only complaint was a lack of cuing and demo of the low impact modification for a couple of the moves as Alice primarily does them high impact. She has a blooper at one point during one of the affirmations, made me laugh.

She really is a sweet person, I totally enjoyed my live class with her and hope to do more when I get home. But I agree that she totally dropped the ball on Season 2 with so many delays & so little customer contact.
