Just wondering which upper body strength workouts are everyone's favorite/most used?
ETA (For my upper body) I've been doing Cathe almost exclusively (both DVDs and Live with some KCM thrown in), and I'm looking for more upper body WOs to put in my arsenal so I'm seeking recommendations/suggestions from anyone and everyone.
I'm an equal opportunity exerciser,
so, aside from them being effective and fairly comprehensive (ie: hitting all parts of the UB), I have no other criteria they must fulfill. Old ones, OOP, hard to find, only on VHS, part of a set, high rep, low rep, short, long, boring, lots of equipment, no equipment. Throw 'em all at me. I don't discriminate.
(And, feel free to throw in your favorite Cathe's and KCMs, as well, just in case I've overlooked some.
