Favorite Upper Body Strength Workouts?

Just wondering which upper body strength workouts are everyone's favorite/most used?

ETA (For my upper body) I've been doing Cathe almost exclusively (both DVDs and Live with some KCM thrown in), and I'm looking for more upper body WOs to put in my arsenal so I'm seeking recommendations/suggestions from anyone and everyone.

I'm an equal opportunity exerciser, so, aside from them being effective and fairly comprehensive (ie: hitting all parts of the UB), I have no other criteria they must fulfill. Old ones, OOP, hard to find, only on VHS, part of a set, high rep, low rep, short, long, boring, lots of equipment, no equipment. Throw 'em all at me. I don't discriminate.

(And, feel free to throw in your favorite Cathe's and KCMs, as well, just in case I've overlooked some. )

Hi,

My absolute favorite Cathe set is Burn Sets but I’ve done it so many times, I have to lay off for awhile.

I love Strong & Sweaty Giant Sets, Ramped Up Upper Body.

I love Body Beast. If you’ve been doing Cathe a long time, Body Beast is a must. . I did 2 rotations, my way, loved it, looking forward to doing it again starting Jan 2018.

I really enjoyed STS the last time I did it as well.

Cathe's Pyramid Upper is my all-time favorite upper body workout. I usually do the up-only premix and take longer pauses between sets so I can go very heavy on the last set.

I'm also a Body Beast fan and am revisiting that set right now. The three Build workouts are great foundations and are broken down into chest/triceps, back/biceps and shoulders. The Bulk workouts are only one body part per workout. I always feel monster-strong after doing a couple of weeks of Beast.

From Cathe's more recent offerings, I like Ramped Up Upper from Strong & Sweaty and Chiseled Upper from ICE.

I'm also a equal opportunity exerciser If the workouts match my interest, goals and plan I'm in. Many of the workouts I use were released long time before I became aware there were workouts DVDs available.

I second Pyramid Upper Body. I adore the same muscle group supersetting for a total of 10 sets per body part. Burn Sets is also a favorite. Both are great for building muscle.

To step up in the muscle building department, Body Beast is a must. All of them.

My favorite High Rep is the Upper Body Pre-mix in CTX. If the workout is UB only I look for an hour long workout with a high amount of sets.

If I'm going to use Muscle Endurance or High Reps for a UB only day I would double up the UB pre-mixes.

I'm really loving Cathe's Ramped Up Upper Body! It hits all my upper body muscles in good time.

I also love RWH Back, Shoulders, Biceps.

Loving HasFit's Strength routines lately.

Other than those, my faves are

Amy Bento Slo-Mo challenge
Cathe X-train Bis+Tris, Chest+Back+Shoulders
Cathe Pure Strength
Gin Miller's (I think it's seriously strong? ......wish I could find that workout again!)
Barlates Blitz Arm Circles, Barlates UB Pyramid
KCM Lift 2B Fit
X-train Fit Personal Trainer Endurance

Anything by KCM. I love her weight workouts. My favorite though, is her You Tube Raw Upper Body workout. It is tough and no boredom.
