I tried Jazzercise while visiting my mother-in-law in Columbus, OH. I was surprised to find that there are several dedicated Jazzercise studios here teaching 6-8 classes a day (each). I really enjoyed the Jazzercise class I took--great music! However, I wish there had been more cardio. After about 35 minutes, we went into weight lifting (still with great music--perhaps a bit like the Les Mills Body Pump classes? I've never done them, so I can't say). I prefer to do my own thing for strength, but I would say it was a fun workout (up until the strength portion
