Cardio Coach - anyone still using this series?

I just did Cardio Coach Vol 3 on the rebounder and remembered how much I love these workouts.

I always work up a sweat and still get that endorphin high.

Does anyone know what Coach Sean is up to lately? I stopped buying the workouts once you could only get them as digital so I think I have 7 volumes.

Oh my, I only check the forum occasionally and I missed the threads earlier this year. I've struggled with depression myself pretty much all my life so something like this really hits home. This is so sad.

I've only done cardio coach a few times years ago but I'll do one later in his honor.

I still cannot believe it. And my heart still aches.

Sean was a football player and his family believes that all the concussions and brain damage that he received during his football career led to this end.

Please check the site that Sean's sister has set up
http://headsupcte.wordpress.com/

and educate other people.

Bob: Take care of yourself. Best wishes.

I still use my CC's and do find it hard to believe Coach Sean is no longer with us.

I've been hearing a Jeep commercial on the radio every morning on the way to work where the man's voice sounds so much like Sean's that it freaks me out

Sometimes! I still enjoy doing them. However, I always feel a little bit sad when I do them, because I can't help thinking about Coach Sean.

Me too. Thanks for the link to the site, too.

I'm one of those who hasn't been able to do a Cardio Coach since his death. His voice is bound up for me in a lot of memories - I used them a lot while running outdoors in the coulees and sometimes when I'm on certain paths I still think of his voice as I ran up hills...

Well, the fact that I don't run anymore notwithstanding...I still find myself reluctant to use them for other things, like indoor cycling. Maybe someday. Not yet.

Yes, I still love his workouts.

I was also very sad when he died, and I read about how hard a time he'd been having.
I've been there too, Bob, and hope you're doing well.

Very sad to hear this. I have most of the CC's and still use them for outdoor walking

Oh my goodness, I had no idea that he had passed away. I haven't used my CC workouts in quite some time but loved them and his positive energy.
