That's one clip, but once you're on that page, he's got other clips there, too.
Interesting. The music kind of creeped me out though, but the workout looked fairly interesting. A couple of the exercises reminded me of TA.

I didn't read the thread thoroughly, so pardon if this is a repeat.

I did Tamilee Webb's I Want That Body for the first time this week. It has 2 15-min. arm workouts that use lighter weights. (I used 5s and struggled to get through some reps). In the past, I "poo-poo'd" this one, thinking it looked...beginnerish or something? But it was a good lil' arm workout (I only did Arm Segment 1, which is supposed to be the easier of the 2!)

ETA: chest and back are omitted. Next time I'll do pushups and/or rows beforehand. I tried to pushups afterward and I couldn't! Jello-arms...

Tank Top Arms w/ Cindy Whitmarsh

It's from Exercise TV and it's about 20 minutes long from start to finish. I got a copy for $1.00 at a Dollar Tree store but you can download it from the ExTv site.

ETA - Cindy does some ab work but it's mostly an upper body workout.

Kathy Smith's Secrets to a Great Upper Body from her Super Slimdown Circuit dvd. It's 22 minutes long if you don't do the ab section. She does two sets of 12 and two different exercises for each upper body muscle group. I use this one all the time.

She talks about using heavier weights, but it's done at such a pace that you can use moderate weights at most.

Gilad has some good, short workouts, like his Express DVD.

Margaret Richard's Beauty to the Bone has a 22 minute upper body section that's great.
She does do some back exercises lying prone with either a body bar or dumbbells under your forearms, so that may be a weird position for you.

Turbo Fire Upper 20, uses bands (could sub in dumbbells though) but is upper body workout that hits everything. It is only sold w/ the TF deluxe set, so likely not worth buying (if you don't like/want the others).

Margaret's Good n Strong can be broken up into upper and lower body. I often will do only the two upper body chapters of both workouts as a weekend split, doing the two lower body chapters the following day. Bonus: you get two great full body workouts for days when you want to do them. She is having a sale today, $24.95, for one of her best two-workout DVDs.

Watch the clip.
