Slim & Lean upper exercises are not joke. You could start with Chest Press then just skip squats after biceps. The triceps track is very deceptive. I could hardly finish with a 5lb DB. Write down the weights before doing it since they come on after you start some of the exercises. Peggy

Ripped & Chiseled has good upper body segments. You'll be repped like crazy. LOL! If you don't like gazillion reps, this might bore you. I like it since it's okay for me to be repped to death in UB.

I think R&C must be the workout I was thinking of that really hit my tris well (and had lots of reps: I don't mind them. I just get into a kind of hypnotic state and crank them out!)
