Jari Love upper body?

I'm looking for some upper-body workouts that work the triceps especially well, and Jari Love came to mind.

Yesterday, I did her original workout, skipping over the leg portions, to make it an upper-body workout. I'd remembered it as especially grueling on the triceps, but it wasn't so much.

I have most of her workouts (except the last 3).

What other ones would you recommend doing this with?

TIA!

Cathe's High Reps is killer on triceps.

Ripped & Chiseled has some good triceps work in it.

Along with Ripped & Chiseled, I'm thinking Squeeze Stronger or NYC. I always get a good tricep burn with these.

I like Jari's upper body work better than her lower - I often combine/rotate it with barre for lower. I've done this with the original Get Ripped, Ripped & Chiseled, and Slim & Lean.

Cathe's older CTX Upper Body workout contains good triceps work.

So far, sounds like Ripped and Chiseled is next up!
Thanks!

When I do R&Chiseled I just skip the leg work at the beginning (or do the deadlifts for the back) and treat it as an upper body workout. It is Jari's best of the original set, IMO.

Ripped & Chiseled and Slim & Lean both work the triceps well.

Both of these are well chaptered so it's easy to go to the body parts you want, in the order you want.

Ripped and Chiseled immediately came to mind when you combined "Jari" and "triceps". I feel them the next day and I skip the dip and/or pushup section. Just the two weighted sections fry them enough.
