At least they used real music and are still making really good videos IMHO.

For a class type of workout, they did make alot of videos available to the public in spite of the expense of having decent soundtracks.

LOL. A tad over the top

. My sister and I did take live Jazzercise classes way back when in the 1980's, and we didn't dress like that or act like that. The classes were packed and we had fun at the time.

OMG - that doesn't look like any of the Jazzercize classes I took at the BAC.

That was only 3 1/2 years ago.

Jazzercise has come a long way ~ I still take a class every now and again. I sweat buckets and love the booty-shakin' music they play.

I remember wearing outfits like that! hahaha

I used to go to live Jazzercise classes (franchised) on Saturday mornings. they were fun! this was the mid-1980s.

I did Jazzercise 3-4 times a week in the mid eighties. The classes were fun and packed, the music was great and I was in the best shape of my life. I wish I could find that formula again!

This is awesome! Brings back so many memories.

My mom and I use to go and it was very much like this video. She had several awesome outfits, including one that was a red thong leotard worn over leggings. This is a Catholic church going woman by the way, which made it even better. I had a shiny pink leotard/legging bodysuit with matching striped bottoms worn OVER top. I wish I had a picture.

I would like to see what that lady looks like today. Her tan is intense!
