Day 4 24/12:
- Lauren Walker - EM Yoga - Element for Fire
- 15 minute breath meditation

Day 5 25/12:
- Qigong - Lee Holden Visualisation and Manifestation Bonus class

Cate: I prefer Qigong too. I've never heard of Samuel Barnes. I must check him out. My favourites are Lee Holden and Marisa (YoQi). I also like Daisy Lee; she specialises in qigong for women. She has a different style but I find her very calming. I didn't find any of her classes on YT unfortunately, only clips.

Pam - Your meditation sounds lovely.

Happy Christmas everyone. Hope you all have a wonderful day.

Merry Christmas to all who observe. Peace and goodwill to all.

I got an email with a lovely message from Tias and Surya Little at Prajna Yoga this AM that I'd like to share:

In the days ahead may all beings experience safety (svasti)
may all living creatures experience calm (shantir)
may all beings feel complete (purnam)
may goodness (mangalam) reign in the world.

Day 4 - 12.24.2020:
YT - Wind Down Flow - yoginimelbourne

I did this practice last evening and used my LED candles. I have all sorts of traditional candles, but I'm afraid to use them because my cat loves to come in while I'm doing yoga and if he snuck in while I had my eyes closed, that could end badly. I'm hoping for a nice candlelight yin and/or restorative practice over the week-end. It's really cold, so it would be a great time to break out those heavy blankets I originally purchased for Svaroopa yoga years ago.

Anita - Zephyr is one of my favorites, too, and I was happy to see new videos in 2020 since it had been quite a while. I did her 30-day Transformation Challenge and enjoyed it. I also got in on the 50% off forever deal with MFML and when I calculate out what it would cost to do a live studio class, if I only do 5 classes a year on MFML, I've gotten my money's worth (hopefully I'll do far more than that!). And I love having access to instructors that I didn't previously know.

Gale - It is so good to see you. I'm sorry you have also been stuck on the work-life imbalance rollercoaster this year.

Donna - It's also good to see you, but unfortunate that you're riding the same rollercoaster as me and Gale. Hope your family is well.

Vantreesta and Beth - I loved the look of that meditation bench. I've been toying around with purchasing one of those, as my hips are so tight and inflexible.

Waves to ALL. Will be back later with today's practice.

Day 4 - 12/24/2020:

Yoga: Tiffany Cruickshank "Hanging Out In Your Hips" Yin practice

Meditations: A brief but beautiful Christmas Eve walking meditation at the beach; and after my yoga practice I enjoyed an awareness meditation while propped in supported fish pose.

Merry Christmas and belated Happy Hanukkah to those who observe. I hope joy will find you where you seek it.
