I think I want it. It would make me look like I'm good at twerking, while only putting in minimal effort.

Keeping your balance while twerking on this device would be a heckuva core challenge!!

If you buy it, you'll have to report back.

I just saw that daisyduke ordered a similar one and that she'll report back.

I just bought this.

Seems awesome. I might use my old Step workouts with it.

I really like it as a chest press/flye bench, to use for hip thrusts, and to put my elbows on for planks.

I'm not sure I'm coordinated enough to do step workout on it though! You'll have to let me know how it works.

There's so many uses for it. I checked out their YouTube channel. This is a really nifty thing

Leela did you ever have a BOSU? Many of the uses look similar. Wondering what the difference would be?

Yes. I do have a Bosu: But the size of this, and the handles make this sort of an everything - imagine you have it on the ground, you do a burpee bring your legs back, lift it over your head.

I could do it with a bosu - but this makes it much easier to grab on to.

I looked at the YouTube channel and thought I could really use this for so many things.
