Planet Fitness - free online workouts through end of March

Planet Fitness is live-streaming some short fitness workouts this week and next week, M-F at 7PM EDT.

They are supposed to be available on their YouTube channel as well. Unfortunately today's livestreamed workout isn't up on YT yet.

The workouts are under 20 min and don't require any equipment.

I heard about this on the news this morning. Great idea to help people get some movement in and feel part of a community.
