Body Weight Workouts???

Anyone have any suggestions for body weight workouts? I am wanting to add some to my collection and my rotation but don't really have any other then Kelly Coffey Meyer's Body Training (which I love).

Not a Barre fan so I'm kinda limited, I think Any suggestions?? Thanks!

Tracie Long's Weightless is one that comes to mind.

Judy, I love Horizontal Conditioning Getting Stronger. Two simple but very effective 20min routines that are well worth your time. No-frills setting; steady measured pace; no music... restful somehow even as you're working hard.

I have Men's Health: Belly Off Workout - The Body Weight Routine which I haven't tried yet.

I also have Bodyweight RX Workout by Helen Vanderburg which I got on sale from Fitness Organica. She has three sections: Lower, Upper and Core. I have tried some of the Lower Body sections and really liked the exercises. But this doesn't have very good production values and you can barely hear the music but I'm very glad to have it in my dvd collection.

Fitness Organica has another body weight one led by Rebecca Small called Functional Body Conditioning. I don't have this one but it looks pretty good too.

Hope you find something you like.

I'll second this one. Great series and for the price of 2 DVDs you get 8-9 good, solid workouts.

Strong Stride Cardio Strength (Lisa Watson). It's accurately listed as intermediate, but I like to jack up the intensity by swinging a 20 kg. kettlebell during the two-minute breaks.

Tracey Staehle's Total Body Boot Camp Metabolic Conditioning - Workout 1 is an advanced 39-minute cardio workout using only body weight.

I love X Factor ST's Final Challenge – Total Body Workout disc. It's a tough one.
