Recommendations for split upper body strengthening
Are they any other split upper body videos besides P90X and Cathes that work chest & tricep one day and back/shoulder & bicep another day. I get better results when I work certain muscles at a time when I split my strengthening workouts. I do have several upper body workouts that work just the upper body but I would love to get more split workouts of the upper body. Are CLX split upper body? Any ideas?
