I did this one last night, and I really enjoyed it. I enjoyed the music, the choreography was interesting and fun, but not terribly complicated. I worked up a decent sweat, and I am feeling my abs today for sure. I liked both Shanna and the other instructor, who were cheerful without being annoying, and cued well. It is only mildly annoying to me that they end each segment a bit abruptly.
Overall, I really enjoyed it. It's a happy little workout.
