As requested, I won’t mention any names, but there is one instructor, whom I love dearly, that has a habit of starting to speak and then stopping in mid sentence, sometimes in the middle of a single word. Almost like she’s suddenly decided maybe she shouldn’t say anything. It doesn’t really bother me but I have a lot of her workouts so it’s something I’ve noticed.

My husband says I do this all the time so I may really connect to this instructor
