Thanks to jetlitis in Share the Wealth for today's workout!

Angie Miller- Bedroom Body- Buff Body Blast & Booty Burner. I like the interesting compound moves she puts together. Using 8 & 10 pound dumbbells was plenty heavy for this workout. This is my third Angie Miller workout and I really like her as an instructor.

I'll try the Core workout another day. I was so sweaty from the first 2 workouts my dogs were in my face licking me and there was no way I would have been able to complete the core portion!

You're very welcome! I have Angie Miller's Crave Results, which I enjoyed (easier than Bedroom Body). I think she's an excellent instructor and wished she had put out more DVDs.
