I'm going to try Lori's recipe next, then adawn's and finally the pudding recipe (have to buy pudding, lol.) I will just use plain white sugar in these other recipes.

I made this recipe today. I have made it multiple times. The butter only needs softening for a few seconds in the microwave. The dough does not need to be chilled. I get about 20 cookies made with a large scoop. I like that this recipe makes a smaller batch. I do not need the temptation of the standard three dozen batch.
