I tried the Low Impact High Intensity 30 minute workout today. It really got my heart rate up! It also bugged my knees, but I have not been doing squats/lunges for a long time. My legs are used to dance workouts! I did really like it. I may try a circuit workout tomorrow.

hedygs Why would they take down workouts off their paid site? That's odd...

Linda , I did try out one month and really liked it. I will definitely subscribe again in the future. They just put a new 40 minute low impact cardio workout on you tube a few hours ago.
