I ran across a recent review of this vintage 1983 workout. It has actresses and (back in the day) celebrities as background exercisers:

I'm not sure I'd like it as a workout. But, with all the joking around, it looks hilarious!

My mom made a bootleg copy from a friend back in the day....on VHS, of coarse. My dad saw the "do it Debbie's way" title on the spine of the VHS holder and thought mom got a "spicy" video.

He got quite the surprise when he played the tape.

We all got quite a laugh out of that.
