Do all of the workouts have the weight section?

No. And it is usually indicated on the list as "no arms".

I took my first class today. I ended up choosing a class from Cody from two days ago (I think - it was a 45 minute rhythm ride). It was amazing! Loved the music, plus he was super encouraging and positive. I loved everything about it, even the little bit of arm work in the middle. I really think I will have lots of fun with this app. Thank you so much everyone for letting me know about it!

I took the Boogie Down ride last week. It was pretty fun! I have been taking alot of Hannah's and Cody's rides...Lots of fun and high energy. My favorite rides so far are the "theme", "rhythm" and the "live DJ rides"....I'm staying away from the metrics rides because they talk a lot about "power" and "resistance" which makes me want to pull the trigger and buy the bike so I can get the whole experience

Does the cadence match the beat of the music? Really hard to find good cycling workouts with good music with cadence that matches the beat. (I thought SSOD would be what I was looking for, sadly not the case...and the screeching/whooping drove me crazy.) Am also curious how SSOD and Peloton get round the music licensing issue.
