i'm a beginner when it comes to kb's.

regarding inner thighs - this might sound pretty basic, but i found that if your hips and behind get slimmed down, it lessens the amount of flesh that droops into the thigh area. for example, when i lay down with my back against the floor and lift my legs toward the ceiling, my thighs look slim with the gravity pulling the flesh to the floor, LOL! it gave me the inspiration of what is possible.

I haven't done KB's in a while, so I wasn't kidding when I said I need to get back to them!

I used the more traditional KB workouts/instructors. I started with 12kg for swings. (I have two adjustable KBs which I love - I was able to steadily increase my weight without investing in more KBs. I bought a 16kg KB when I got to that level. However, I don't think that most people love their adjustable KBs. )

Since it was a while ago, the DVDs I used are dated now. I used AOS (Anthony), Lauren Brooks, Steve Maxwell etc. I worked faithfully through Anthony's Clinic to learn form.

eta: Anthony has a lot of short workouts and videos of form pointers on Youtube - search for 'Art of Strength'. Lauren Brooks has many Youtube offerings as well.

Here's an oldie but it used to FRYYYYYYY my inner thighs.

Sharon Twombly CIA 2804 Athletic Step Jam and the Ball Jam Mix. All the exercises are done with a stability ball and will make you cry! But your inner thighs will be happy.

I've recently been enjoying the inner thigh work in The Firm (Classics) Vol 1 and 2, as well as Firm Total Body Shaping Mix.

I also like Mari Winsor Bun and Thigh Sculpting.

Yes, those. Burns them out quickly!

For a longer workout that is also good for inner thighs, in the first DreamBody series, the one called Fusion with Darby used to give me a good inner thigh burn.
