I have the johnny g bike that I have started using again with the peloton app. I have the cadence reader so I stay in the cadence zone. Not sure about tension but figure if I can do the cadence then I am good.

I told my hubby last night that I will have to save up for the peloton bike.

Johnny G is good for spinning, and it is old, I want to say close to 15 years.

Hi Sabine! I have a Schwinn spin bike from years back. It still works perfectly. I use Cathe’s spin workouts mainly, and especially like Ride.

Wow, that's quite a workout. I've never done the whole thing at once. Actually, I no longer do Spinverals so if anyone is interested in acquiring any, let me know.

I am also no longer doing spinervals and have quite a few, so if ddj doesn't have the ones you want, let me know. Please ask me second as ddj posted it first.
