I just did my THRILLER workout and it made zero sense the way I wrote it so I edited the post with a time scheme I think will actually work! I hope so anyway!

Happy Jack-o'-lantern Day!!

I just did a mobility/stretch styled Thriller workout...I cycled through all the moves for the duration of the song while it played.

Turkish get up
Hamstring stretch
Runner lunge stretch
Inner thigh frog groin stretch
Lateral lunge adductor stretch
Lunge to rotation
Elevated ankle mobility
Reverse 4 point bridge

length of song 5:56

So fun!! Thanks for the idea of using Thriller, Vantreesta!

On Saturday, I did these from the list:

Natalya K: Low impact Halloween dance workout 15 min
Natalya K: Halloween dance workout 2021 15 min

I didn't realize it was the low impact and regular versions of the same workout. But, the moves and the music were fun so I didn't mind It was nice because I warmed-up with the low impact version and could go full out in the regular version. I'd like to try more of her workouts- these were really fun!

I also did my yoga practice on Saturday:

Yoga with Adriene: Breath of Fire 13 min
Yoga with Adriene: Wild Thing 3 min
Yoga with Adriene: Corpse Pose 9 min

And these today:

Sharona's Hill: Halloween walking weight loss workout 17 min
Yoga with Adriene: Yoga for When You Are Feeling Scared 28 min

Thanks for doing this with me, everyone! I didn't do nearly as well as I had hoped and expected but it was still fun. Thanks for posting new workouts and helping me with links.

I plan to keep trying some and will try to remember to post here so it's ready for next year! I still need to post for my Thursday and Saturday workouts. My YouTube playlist reached 250+ videos so I ended up starting a separate playlist to move over the done ones. There are some I added that I haven't posted here yet so I will also update the list with those.

Linda, nice Thriller stretch and mobility! Thanks for sharing!

Jetlitis, I will probably end up trying some others from Zumba Sulu bc I really liked these.

Venus, thanks for the tip about the two Natalya workouts. I really enjoyed the low impact one but I won't prioritize the other one since there are still so many to try!
