I dont get the feeling there will be premixes since these are Raw workous similar to Cathe Live downloads. Also the price is lower than the produced Dvds. But we will see! Still love it!

Thanks for the link. I asked, and this is simply a workout filmed in her basement as all her RAW workouts are. No premixes, and I doubt it's even chaptered.

Ah ok, thanks. Probably a no go for me then. Sounds fun though for others who do hour long workouts. Still interested in hearing thoughts about it

I have RAW and have done this one. Its a good workout and the time goes by fast. I prefer her RAW ones to the dvd ones.

I think this one sounds really easy to shorten. The description says it’s comprised of 3 sets of the same 12 moves. For a shorter workout, couldn’t you just do 1 or 2 sets of the 12 moves?

I just got mine today - how do you tell DVD from DVDr? If DVDr is a different color on the back, then I think this is just a regular DVD - looks like any of the others I have.

Mine came!!! It is a DVD not a DVD-r.
