There's 90 day Undulating, 90 day XTrain + LIS, 30 Day Cardio + Strength Combined and 30 day Undulating + Ride.

Here's week 1 of the strength + cardio.

Week 1
Monday All Out Low Impact HIIT premix 2
Tuesday Legs premix 1
Wednesday Tabatacise--your choice of premix 12, 13, 14 or 15
Thursday All Out Low Impact HIIT premix 4
Friday Hard Strikes premix 3
Saturday Cardio Leg Blast premix 2
Sunday rest

Here's week 1 of the 90 day undulating.

Monday Chest, Back & Shoulders
Tuesday Cardio Leg Blast
Wednesday Hard Strikes premix 16
Thursday Bis & Tris premix 2
Friday Legs premix 3
Saturday All Out Low Impact HIIT premix 1
Sunday rest

I can post the rest but thought I'd see which your preference is first.

There's a strength only XTRAIN rotation that looks awesome posted on the link from above. I may have to try that one myself.
