Stephanie ~ Stamina is an issue for me too. 30 to 40 mins is max for any workout right now. I am motivated by Kelly because she's still working out and making dvds for all of us to use.

I did Muscle Definition Workout Two today and LOVED IT! Love her!

Just to prove it's really me, I do have one complaint. Don't call your program 30 Minutes to Fitness and say something like "There you go, a 30-minute workout" at the end of every workout when the workouts are not 30 minutes. Today's was 39 minutes and I think Workout One was 36 minutes. That makes a difference when you're expecting and planning your day for a 30-minute workout. I do know better now and will plan accordingly.

Joni, I’ve noticed most instructors lie a little in their workouts. I think you have even mentioned how Jessica will say “a couple more”, but do several more than a couple. And Cathe Friedrich must feel guilty about including high impact moves in workouts labeled “low impact” because she’ll say things like, “You don’t have to jump, just sweep your feet together.” Easier said than done.

P. S. I did the 2nd workout in KCM’s Total Body Kickbox this morning and love this one, too.
