Tubing/Bands

Is there a list of workouts that only use tubing/bands for resistance training? TIA

Workouts that use resistance bands or tubing

I tagged this thread and some past threads on the subject with "resistance band workouts".

I'm compiling a list from the responses in the tagged threads that I'll work on tonight and tomorrow to clean up and organize (I'll keep editing this post and I hope no one minds that I'm quoting directly from some posts without attribution). I've underlined some of the titles that are newer or have more frequent mentions.

  • Barry's Bootcamp Fat Blaster "set uses tubing. The 2 21 min fat blaster w/o's are strength + cardio but the 6 12 min mission specialist w/o's are strength only. I get a great w/o using the stronger resistance tubing and following the advanced modifier w/ these workouts"
  • Barry's Bootcamp 1000 Calorie Workout "I believe several of the Barry's Boot Camp workouts use tubing only. I know for sure that 1000 Calorie Workout does as do some in his most recent batch of vids (the names escape me). I think the 1000 Calorie Workout is an excellent workout! Very thorough."

Thank you! I made the correction. Also will try today to add a separate section for workouts that primarily use a firewalker type loop, especially cathe workouts, EBE2, etc. I think 80 day obsession uses resistance loops too?
