fitness youtube channels

I was wondering here if anyone knows of any good fitness youtube channels.

I know fitness blender but most of there workouts are beyond me right now.

anyone have some good suggestions?

I'd be interested in maybe a barre workout, or beginners strength training. I also have bad knees. ughhh.

I just got a newsletter from Jessica Smith featuring a barre workout good for knees!

Jessica Smith just posted this one a couple days ago on Youtube - knee friendly. I like it and it is gentle on the knees
