Going to try Tracy Anderson's Mat workout for the first time later this afternoon.

Had a colleague try it and convince me to give it a go...I am die-hard Cathe fan so this will be interesting!

Did not get my heart rate up as high as I would like. My knees were hurting also. I like P90X3 MMX much better!
