MY puke in the bucket workout

Bob Harper Inside Out Cardio Rev Conditioning

Holy Cow!

I got this from my local library to try out before I buy. Not sure if I want to get it because I can see this being a dread factor.

I love the swings, I got through it OK, did not do everything to perfection, sweated buckets, but still not sure.

He said half could be done and still get a good WO, true. But then I would get FIRM express for 30 minute WO's.

I'm going to do the 25 min. WO tomorrow.

Anyone else to this DVD? Thoughts.

This is a good workout. I use it as a second workout on days that I do a 30 minute strength workout. It's because I don't consider it a straight cardio or strength workout. I really like the Strength workout that came out at the same time as this workout.
