My favorite premix is Low Impact Circuit total body sculpt and Drill Max total body. I cannot find my Drill Max and I miss it so much. I always feel good after doing this workout.

I'm trying to figure out what you meant to say, because there's no sculpting in Low Max. (Low Impact Circuit, maybe?)

I also like the B&G "leg blast" premix, but I sandwich in the floor work for glutes between the warm-up and the rest of the workout.

I like Boot Camp done as the "all but core" premix followed by the "core only" premix.

I like the "Boot Camp" premix on BMax 2.

One the Supersets/Push-Pull DVD, one of them has an 'upper body 2x" premix that is quite good (and makes it more intense).

I love the "Leg Press Mania" pre-mix on Legs and Glutes. It's actually just
L & G with extra leg presses dispersed throughout the workout -- but it changes the workout!

I've also done Butts and Guts Leg Blast quite a few times and find it challenging. It adds in Leg Presses, which are not in B and G basic workout, sadly!

There's also a leg press premix on Muscle Endurance, a great add-on.

Obviously, I'm a leg press maniac!

I guess I have done a premix...I have done this one!

Ooops, I corrected it. It should have been Low Impact Circuit
