I've always thought of him as the voice of the southwest, well, maybe the voice of Arizona. He narrated lots of Arizona/Tucson documentaries

He's guest starring in the episode of Perry Mason that's airing tonight on MeTV, "The Case of the Runaway Racer" from season 9.

Oh no - Norm Macdonald has died at age 61 from cancer. I had no idea he had been sick.

I loved him on SNL.

Well this is surprising to me, too. I didn't know he was sick, either. RIP Norm.

In addition to being on SNL, I didn't realize until I just saw it on facebook that Norm played Mike's brother on The Middle (a show that I love!)

Apparently Norm kept his cancer a secret and was suffering for nine years. That is honestly so upsetting. Only 61!

I loved his character in both shows; he was so adorable. The note his son posted was so touching.

I was shocked that Willie passed as I did not know he was ill. I read that he was filming the new "Sex and the City" sequel shows for HBO Max. He was on an episode of Friends as well and so funny.
